- Ghost Train is a 2009 comedy-horror brickfilm by David Boddy. It is about two men who ride a ghost train attraction at an amusement park. It was made in three days for the AniExer-size Animation Contest II - Halloween Edition and won third place. A second version with an alternate ending was released on October 30, 2009.
- While Ray, Egon, and Winston decide to go underneath the old New York Subway tunnels, They decide to search for the river of slime that is slowly building up under the city. Peter, in the meantime is taking Dana on a date to a fancy restaurant while they search. The Ghost Train makes a sudden appearance while the team is on the old Railway tracks. In a panic, Ray and Egon quickly take cover while a stunned Winston freezes in place while it flies straight through him. When it disappears Egon thinks he identifies the train as being the old New York Central "City of Albany" that was accidentally derailed in 1920, killing over 100 people. Egon asked Winston what the number on the train was but Winston was too petrified to remember the number.

- The Ghost Train of the Haunted Hill Zone is an unmanned train that regularly passed through the Floating Island's Haunted Hill Zone. The carriages are in the style of an old-fashioned passenger train, complete with exquisite interiors and chequered carpets. The front of the train is marked by a scary clock-face and appears to be billowing smoke, although it is unsure how exactly the train moves. On its journey through the Zone, the train trundles over several loops and dips, acting like a rollercoaster.
