  • After visiting the Legion in the 30th Century, Supergirl was affected by red kryptonite that caused her to lose her memory. She only recalled that she must protect her secret identity, so she created a lead-lined costume to wear - ironically, a side-effect of the red kryptonite gave Kara the power to see through lead. Supergirl had some written information given her by Brainiac 5 about a mission the Legionnaires were about to go on, and so she returned to the 30th Century as 'Unknown Boy', to try and find out who she was. Unknown Boy assisted the Legionnaires in their battle to capture a criminal, and it was Kara's own cousin, Superboy, who eventually deduced her identity, which brought back her memory.
