Project Montana was a secret bio-engineering operation that was conducted by the British intelligence service MI6 in the middle of the 1980s. Twenty-five years later, the Cabal used five of the orphans, who were now in their mid-thirties, as "clean slates" for implantation of the superabnormal powers created by injecting Ashley Magnus with the source blood.
