The Arathi were a tribe of humans who were able to unite various other nearby human tribes, and found the nation/empire of Arathor and its capital city of Strom. Following the fracturing of that empire, the descendants of the original Arathi tribe travelled south to found the kingdom of Stormwind. The last descendent of the Arathi bloodline was Lord Anduin Lothar.
