Albert Hughes (May 13, 1901 – 1969) was a professional ice hockey left winger who played 60 games in the National Hockey League. Born in Guelph, Ontario, he played with the New York Americans. He played senior hockey in Ontario and New York City from 1921 to 1927. In that year he was signed by the New York Americans and assigned to the minor pro Niagara Falls Cataracts. After three more years in the minors, Hughes was called up to the Americans. He played 60 games over two seasons (1930–31 and 1931–32) with the Americans, scoring 6 goals and 8 assists.
