During the trial of Carmen Hernandez, Caledon Hockley served as prosecutor. Cal wanted to make sure Carmen Hernandez was guilty of not only causing the death of Corde and six other people on Senator Amidala’s ship, but also eliminating her conspirators one by one. He asked for the full weight of Allied law to be brought down upon Carmen Hernandez, including the death penalty.
