During contests, it is always pretty much inevitable that there will be a minimum of five topics a day asking who one or both of the characters in the match is. It has become common practice to tell anyone (especially if it's getting on in the day, there are already numerous other topics with the answer, and it's someone who should be well known) that the character in question is the bad guy in Resident Evil Gaiden. This is, of course, just implausible enough to be funny, but believable to a gullible n00b, because nobody's played Resident Evil Gaiden.

The bad guy was like a cross between a Tyrant and Nemesis. And I think the captain was in on it too. And Leon probably got switched for another BOW, but it doesn't matter because it was an out-of-canon POS.
