Konstantinos A. Plevris was the President of Greece from 1985 to 1995. Under Plevris, Greece underwent a series of authoritarian reforms, such as the abolition of the position of Prime Minister, and the introduction of conscription. Plevris is seen as one of the first far-right leaders to rise in Europe and the Post-Union States, the group of leaders that gave rise to the Fourth World War.
