David Milton Stalls (born September 19, 1955 in Madison, Wisconsin) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Los Angeles Raiders. He played college football for the University of Northern Colorado and was drafted in the seventh round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He also played one season for the USFL Denver Gold in 1984.
