abstract	Paul "Potsy" Goacher (born April 8, 1917 in Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, United States – died February 9, 1986 in the same place) was an American racing driver who entered four Indianapolis 500 races, two as reserve driver and two as the main driver, but did not start any of them. He holds the record for the most American Championship Car races entered but not started, with 10. His first Indy 500, 1950, saw him pass the rookie test; in 1952 he made no attempts to qualify. As the main driver in a full entry, in 1953 he simply failed to qualify and in 1954 he crashed his car in practice. He made no further attempts to enter the Indy 500. __TOC__
