Sir Charles Henry Gibbs (5 May 1854 - 12 May 1924) was an insurance assessor and local politician in the Brixton area of Lambeth. Born in Taunton, Somerset, he moved to London in the 1870s. He became senior partner in the firm of Messrs. Price, Gibbs & Co. In 1919 he was elected to the London County Council as a representative of Lambeth Brixton. He served a single three-year term, standing down at the 1922 council election.
