Marsha Stevens-Pino (b. Aug. 20, 1952) is a Christian musician, songwriter and out lesbian. In 1971, when she was 16, Stevens-Pino wrote "For Those Tears I Died (Come to the Water)", a song that was to become a hit in Christian circles. Now ministering within the gay-affirming Metropolitan Community Church, her ministry is entitled BALM - Born Again Lesbian Music and tours the United States performing to Churches and other groups.
