Elizabeth Anderson is a lieutenant for John Connor in the future as well as her brother, William Anderson. In 2004 (new timeline, 1997 in old timeline), a T-X was sent in the past to kill some of John Connor's lieutenants. It gunned down her brother in their house during what appeared to be a party and then killed her while she was upstairs playing a video game. Skynet sent the T-X back in time hoping it will be able to kill the 23 people on its hit list (including Anderson family) because killing John Connor was impossible: He was living off the grid at this time and could not be located.

Anderson criticized Reagan's actions at the University of California at Berkeley when he sent the California Highway Patrol and other officers to quell the protests, that the actions were harsh and unreasonable. In November of 2013, she and the Democratic Party defended former President Barack Obama, and lead the Democratic majority in the House to prevent the impeachment, but was unsuccessful to align the ultra-liberals whom were against Obama and his position with the National Security Agency and the Blue Dog Coalition whom were naturally Conservative and wanted to see Obama and his administration dismantled. While trying to defend Obama, she gained major prestige in political prospect and became the Speaker of the House and is a political favorite among liberals for the 2016 presidential election.
