Their plan failed, as Mira eventually stepped in their way, defeating and wounding Hanharr, and escaping and allowing the exile to enter the base from inside. Meetra then killed the way to Visquis and before Visquis could set out their plan, he ordered his Ubese bounty hunters to attack, but they were truly working for Goto and learning that Visquis had betrayed him, Goto ordered them to kill him, and they did.
