The Global Gala was an event that took place in Jerusalem at the midpoint of the Tribulation to celebrate the founding of the Global Community. It was a festive event where people could indulge in all forms of merrymaking, even ungodly forms. It was during this event that Peter Mathews was killed by the ten subpotentates, the two witnesses were killed by Nicolae Carpathia, and Carpathia himself was killed by Chaim Rosenzweig. (Interestingly, Carpathia timed the start of the Global Gala event to when the two witnesses would finish their 1260 days of prophesying by using the Bible as his guide.)
