INS Vikram was to be a Vikrant class aircraft carrier of the Indian Navy with her sister INS Vikrant (R11). Laid down as HMS Leviathan (R97) of the Royal Navy on 18 October 1943 and launched on 7 June 1945, the ship was never completed. Laid down for future use, she would have been bought by India had some budgetary problems not come in the way. She was scrapped incomplete in 1968. If completed, she would have looked like the INS Vikrant (R11), her sister ship which is preserved in Mumbai, India.
