  • A minor aristocrat from Suffolk, Halesworth joined th British army and came to see many places within the Empire, eventually earning a knighthood after putting down rebellions in India and being appointed to general. He greatly enjoyed the discovery of the lands he helped pacifying and spent most of his time abroad. During a brief visit in his new holding near Blackheath, he was attacked and embraced by a Gangrel. Finding himself in the Suffolk countryside with no idea of what had happened, he slowly began to adapt to his new situation, holding back the Beast with every inch of self-discipline. When he succeded, his sire returned to him and took him to London, teaching him Camarilla etiquettes and forming him into a representative of Gangrel interests in Mithras' court. Halesworth adapted quickly. When Anne Bowesley suggested him as the Sheriff, he insisted that London had become to great for a single Sheriff to administer, leading to the appointment of Juliet Parr as his counterpart for North London, while he operated in South London. He conducted his duties as sheriff with brutal precision and efficiency, making him one of the most valuable assets to Queen Anne.
