- The Torpedo is a class of weapons, consisting of the Meson, Chrono, Nanite, Kril, and Angler torpedo systems. It is only weapon type (except the depth charge) that is capable of targeting Submerged units. Many forms of the Torpedo exist as different Weapons Technologies in the different factions, and they are all operate similarly. The Torpedo travels through the water and homes in on it's target, causing damage on contact. Torpedoes can be destroyed before hitting their targets by Anti-Torpedo-Systems.
