Under the original Constitution of the Republic and before the advent of the DuQuesne Plan, the Havenite Congress was composed of two houses: * the Senate * the House of Legislators When the Constitution was restored by President Eloise Pritchart and Admiral Thomas Theisman, Congress was reestablished as the legislative branch of the Republic of Haven, and was again composed of two houses; however, while the Senate was restored as the upper house of Congress, the lower house's name was changed from House of Legislators to "House of Representatives".
