Shanklick had a problem solving a murder among the Exiles. The Avatar suggested that she feign sympathy with the murderer and offer a reward. Shanklick liked the Avatar's shrewdness, and said that Arial had been brought to Tyball in the levels below them, revealing the location of the stairs down in the process.
