Like the normal Shinra Tensei, Kisui can imbue his legs or arms with the energy to create a small area of impact intended only to hit one target rather than several. The full throttle power of the technique can completely tear the soul out of a target, sending it to the Naraka Realm. The drawback to this technique is the same as a standard Shinra Tensei. Normal application of the technique incurs a five second cooldown period where it can't be used. At full throttle, the cooldown period is increased to five minutes. The full throttle is a much more riskier technique, since it cuts down on the user's lifespan.
