Text
  • Luke and Threepio are trapped on Hoth with Frija and her father, a former Imperial governor - and deserter. Luke and Frija cobble together a working comunicator to signal the Rebels, while Frija's father escapes to attack Luke. Frija saves Luke's life, but is accidentally hit by one of her father's errant shots. It's revealed that both Frija and her father are droids, used as a decoys by the real Imperial governor to lead the Rebels astray. The Rebels decide that Hoth would make a good base, and set out for the ice planet, planning to enlist the Mon Calamari to help evacuate Yavin Base. The Rebels discover remnants of a battle it appears the Mon Calamari lost. Several escape pods were launched prior to the explosion of the Mon Calamari ship, the trail leading to Daluuj. There, the Rebels run into Imperials chasing the same distress beacon. Efforts to rescue the stranded Calamarians are hampered by an attack from giant sea worms, and our heroes have to abandon ship in order to escape their wrath. While the Mon Calamari continue their salvage attempts, Han, Luke and Chewie attempt to hold off the approaching Imperial troops. Stumbling about in the thick Daluuj fog, our heroes almost literally bump right into the enemy!
