The Porén tribe was a group of Athans living in Kezef, the capital city of Bolera. Like most Athan tribes, it initially consisted of unrelated beings grouped together into a traveling hunting pack. After the Athans settled and built Kezef, the Porén name became more restricted to members of the most numerous blood lineage in the pack, closer to the surnames used by other sentients. Centurions Kylaea and Malyri Porén were members of this tribe.
