Ken Breitenbach (born January 9, 1955, in Welland, Ontario) is a former ice hockey defenceman. He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Welland Sabres in 1971-72 and then major junior for the St. Catharines Black Hawks from 1972 to 1975. He was drafted in the second round, 35th overall, of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft by the Buffalo Sabres. The Toronto Toros picked him 56th overall in the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft but Breitenbach went with the Sabres. He retired in 1979. In his National Hockey League career, Breitenbach played in 68 games, all with Buffalo, scoring one goal and adding thirteen assists.

Breitenbach turned pro in 1975-76 and split two seasons between the Hershey Bears and the Sabres. In 1977-78 he broke his leg in training camp and missed the entire season. He came back in 1978-79 but realized that he could not go on. He retired in 1979. In his National Hockey League career, Breitenbach played in 68 games, all with Buffalo, scoring one goal and adding thirteen assists.
