Menglis was a master crime lord in the Corellian system. He created a huge network of smugglers, assassins, and raiders. It was through his organization that Hogas (Kracor), Arin Tomas, and Korth met each other. Menglis' organization was eventually disassembled by Kracor and Rindel the Corellians at Ferlasis, and he himself was killed at the hands of Kracor in 35 ABY. His organization was reconstructed by Foktir, and its name officially became the Dark Corps.
