HC Budivelnyk (Ukrainian: ХК Будівельник, Constructor Hockey Club) is a professional ice hockey team to be based in Kiev, Ukraine. The team is scheduled to join the Kontinental Hockey League for the 2010-11 KHL season, along with Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk. HC Budivelnyk is operated by the same president as the likewise named BC Budivelnyk Kyiv, a professional basketball club. The team announced on June 24, 2010, that its debut in the KHL will be delayed until the 2011-12 season.

The product of the Dnipropetrovsk-based PrivatBank, the vision behind Budivelnyk was to create a team composed of the top Ukrainian hockey players in the world that would also be capable of competing at the highest European level. Operations would be run by team president Bogdan Gulyamov, president of BC Budivelnyk, and team vice president Vyacheslav Zavalniuk, the acting general manager of Sokil Kyiv and the Ukrainian national team.
