Alarm systems appear in numerous levels in Perfect Dark. When triggered, the alarm will do one of two things: send guards, or fail the mission. Once the alarm sounds, any objectives refraining you from not doing so in the first place will fail and enemies will start to swarm in. It's nearly impossible to evade alerted personnel, so direct combat is necessary.

  • Nick is assigned to the field by Capt. Fred Meyers “to provide further evidence supporting his hypothesis”. During his field assignment, the missing agent is found and provides key evidence corroborating Nick’s theory thereby confirming the threat, but also provides personal information that can help put to rest lingering questions from an event in Nick's past. However, the field agent and Nick find themselves in a deadly situation when they try to return to Earth.
  • The description is defined as: [+] If a '+' is used then the description is for an amount of time in the future. If the '+' is missing then the description is for a specific time in the future. Using a '*' for any field means match all. By default alarm descriptions remain the same. To stop an alarm set its description to nothing.
