- Hansel and Gretel is a Brothers Grimm fairy tale from 1812. Since then, it has become very well known. In "Just Desserts," the story is very strongly referenced in Arthur's dream. Arthur plays Hansel and D.W. plays Gretel in the dream. The two are lost, with only a piece of bread which they used to lay down crumbs to get back, yet a creature (who turns out to be Buster) eats them all. They find themselves at a house made of sweets, where a witch (which bears a resemblance to Mr. Ratburn), takes them to a mall to get an oven for them. He then commences to try to cook them, however the seven dwarves (Tibble Twins) stop him, leading to a large fairy tale crossover, interweaving multiple fairy tales.

"Peter Piper is really mad at me from eating one of his peppers." she said. "What should I do?" so Whyatt makes Red have her problem. - Once upon a time there was a poor family of four. The mother and father and the two kids. One night the mother suggested if they get rid of the two kids named Hansel and Gretel. But the mother did not know that Hansel and Gretel were listening. So Gretel started to panic but Hansel told her that he would open the lock on the door and when he did Hansel got a bunch of white rocks and put them in his pocket. So next morning their mother said they were all going to the woods. So on the way Hansel grabbed a rock from his pocket put it on the ground. When his mother asked why he was slowing down he said that he was watching a cat sitting on the roof. Then the mother said that that was just the sun.
