Joseph Michael Sullivan (March 23, 1930 – June 7, 2013) was an American Roman Catholic bishop. Born in Brooklyn, New York City, Sullivan was ordained for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn on June 2, 1956. He was appointed titular bishop of Suliana on October 4, 1980 and was ordained bishop on November 24, 1980. Sullivan was elected executive vice-president of the board of trustees of Catholic Charities USA in 1979.
