The supreme dragonfire shield is an anti-dragon shield combined with a Supreme draconic visage. It has the greatest overall defence bonus of any shield and is the strongest non-degradable shield in the game. To wield this item, a player's Defence level must be 85 or higher. It may be assumed to be the best shield to use when fighting Barrows dragons as it can't be discharged by the Barrows dragon's special attack. It is also the only shield in the game that protects against dragonbreath, ice dragonbreath and crystal dragonbreath. It can be smithed at a Smithing level of 110 or higher by using a Supreme draconic visage with an Anti-dragon shield. Alternatively, if the player doesn't have 110 Smithing then it can be made through the Assist system or the player could pay Oziach 5,000,000 coin
