Since starting out Too Spicy have had various support slots with a wide variety of well-known ska and reggae acts including: Toots & The Maytals, Bad Manners, The Selecter, The Beat, Fishbone, Neville Staple (The Specials) and Terry Hall (The Specials). Too Spicy released their debut EP ' Too Spicy EP ' on December 1st 2011 with a special release show at The Cluny, Newcastle. Also on the bill were By The Rivers, Jerramiah Ferrari and Alta Vida. The CD, which was recorded at North East Recording, South Shields, was completely self-funded and self-released.
