Sunako, Ranmaru, Yuki and Takenaga run off while carrying Kyohei. The photographer takes a picture of their escape and rewards them for giving him a masterpiece. Auntie shows up and takes the money for covering the rent.

Ion reunites with her grandfather and the other villagers, then they all proceed towards the next Chronos Tower.
- The chapter opens with the band preparing to perform. The crowd doesn't know who they are and aren't sure about whether they'll like their music. As the band starts performing, Koyuki is very nervous, but feels that he's never been more exhilarated in his life. After the performance, Koyuki feels that he was the reason the crowd didn't like them. Maho tries to reassure him that he's wrong. Maho notices that Koyuki is wearing the guitar pick necklace she gave him and asks him about it. Koyuki explains to her that he always wears it. Maho blushes and laughs nervously.
- Ranka comes home unexpectedly and sees Tamaki on top of Haruhi, his eyes widening and his face in shock. Tamaki looks over to Ranka, thinking that he’s going to be dead meat soon because Ranka sees him in a compromising position with Haruhi. Ranka shows his annoyance and Haruhi breaks the awkward silence people eating nabe under a kotatsu which is when Tamaki informs her that Kyouya has a portable kotatsu at their house and they eat nabe there every year.

- Conrad and Yuuri go to the fancy party. Yuuri is appalled at some of the manners the humans in this world have. Conrad makes Yuuri dance with him (Yuuri refuses to be the "girl") and they're interrupted by a woman with rather fabulous biceps who wishes to dance with Yuuri. The other women seem angry as they wanted to dance with Yuuri also. Yuuri is then approached by Hyscliff who asks him to dance with Beatrice.
- Enzu drinks water from a flask. He asks Edermask where they are going. Edermaks, with a straight look on his face, pauses on a plateau overlooking a lush green valley covered in wildflowers. Snowy peaks loom in the distance. “First, let’s go to Lano”. They walk through the forest with sunlight streaming through the tall trees and casting shadows on the forest ground. Enzu hears Iremi calling his name. He says “Iremi” questionably and looks around. He continues to hear his name being called out. He thinks that he is hearing things and is going crazy. He hears Iremi shout his name, and he looks behind him skeptically. He’s surprised to see Iremi behind him panting.
