Meanwhile, just to the west of where the funnel was spotted, a line of storms was forming from individual storms. The tornado touched down and beared down on where the oil was being rigged/drilled. The people in Rock Bottom could see dust and the storm from where they were standing. Also, dust and sand were being kicked up by the wind. The wind was very, very gusty. Some gusts exceeded seventy to eighty miles per hour. WSEA reported a wind gust of ninty-four miles per hour near the station. Wind gusts were even higher where there were hills, mountains and valleys. The community of Appleseed along the Fishbubble River had recieved a gust of one hundred one miles per hour and it wasn't even in the tornado path. Gusts would increase in certain areas such as along bodies of water, valleys, hills, mountains, canyons, anywhere in certain terrain, etc. Then, the tornado nearly destroyed all of Rock Bottom. It suddenly beared down on Bikini bottom and nearly destroyed the whole city. Next in the path was the Ukelele-Bikini Wind Farm. The wind farm was nearly destroyed. Then, Altoona was next and it neared Altoona. The town was nearly decimated. Then, it eventually lifted. Damage costs exceeded $10.6 billion dollars (¥20.76 billion shell island yen). It would be hard to clean up the mess due to possible repeat rounds of storms. Later in the day, the line came, and swept the cleaned mess all over the areas again. This time, rain behind the line flooded certain areas near valleys. Several days later, the impacted areas rebuilt and helped each other.

Destructive thunderstorms, tornadoes, or floods can happen in places where weather is normally quite calm.
