The Mission to Coruscant was an attack by Sith Covenant forces under General Thalassa Starkiller and Commander Mara Jena Orlo on a Coruscanti bank, Core Finances Limited, a branch of the InterGalactic Banking Clan. After killing the security guards, Starkiller took some 250 employees hostage, interrogated and killed the branch manager Tan Panath, transferred an undisclosed amount of credits to accounts on the Outer Rim, and then proceeded to blow up the building, killing the hostages and over 250 officers of the Coruscant Security Force. Starkiller, Orlo and their slicer Gunnir Gan escaped.

Wyyrlok had proven his worth long before the eruption of the Sith Crusade and was considered the ideal candidate by all members of the Sith Council.
