Apadaitaisi City (Sefenlander: Apadaitaisi Polis, "Great-granduncle City") is a large city on the West Wing of the Sefenlands. It, like most of the Sefenlands' large cities, was ruled as part of a fief. Its last ruler was Goodlady Sheh II Topok, who was personally skinbrothered by Groll Halfsmith. The Topoks had ruled from Topok Tower for at least 1,200 years. Topok Tower is now ruined, lying at the center of Apadaitaisi City. It is the tallest man-made structure in the Sefenlands; a black spyre scraping across the sky. Lady Sheh, along with all of her family members, was skinbrothered for a reason. Their blood had power, and Groll decided that it was the best way of fueling the Hornman far bomb that Marcos Halfsmith dropped on Farbdak on CC: 36/7/5,108.
