Vecrom can drop items if you challenge him again, you can challenge him again if you re-enter but this time you will not lose any items, he will test your attributes against him. Items you can get from him can be stuff such as Armadyl Godswords or even Santa Hats on Christmas. For very high level's he is the monster in which people can make a lot of money. During Dark Dimensions, it turns out Vecrom used to be good and one of the best heroes in RuneScape until his cousin Nomad changed him into something evil. Nomad during Nomad's Requiem was also good until the end, he was planning on getting stronger using the souls of the Soul Obelisk then he was going to destroy the players of Soul Wars. Vecrom once battled all the Mahjarrats at the same time and still one, he can take a max hit of 60,000 during the quest, now that he is not powered enough he cannot take that high of damage.
