Miroslav Ihnačák (born November 19, 1962 in Poprad, Czechoslovakia now Slovakia) is a former ice hockey player currently head coach of GKS Tychy coach. The Toronto Maple Leafs chose him 171st overall in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Leafs and the Detroit Red Wings. Ihnacak played in 56 games and scored 8 goals and 9 assists from 1985 to 1989.
