Debra Wong Yang (Chinese: 楊黃金玉; pinyin: Yáng Huáng Jīnyù) (born January 21, 1951) is the 82nd and current Attorney General of the United States and the first Asian American to hold the position, serving under President John McCain. In 2002, she became the first Asian American woman to serve as a United States Attorney when she was appointed United States Attorney for the Central District of California.
