abstract	Tiggle is a Blueskin servant in the palace of the Boolooroo on Sky Island. Tiggle looks much like his fellow Blueskins. His legs are shorter, his head thicker, and his nose flatter than Ghip-Ghisizzle's When Cap'n Bill and his companions arrived on Sky Island, the Boolooroo made them slaves, assigning Bill to mix the royal nectar. Since Bill didn't know how, Tiggle did it for him. Later, after Bill and his companions escaped through the Fog Bank, the Boolooroo was looking for someone to patch with Ghip-Ghisizzle. He discovered that Tiggle had mixed the royal nectar for Bill, and that was enough. Their patching was interrupted by an invasion of Pinkies, and the Six Snubnosed Princesses took Ghip-Ghisizzle away, further delaying the patching. When Cap'n Bill was captured, the Boolooroo planned on patching him with Tiggle. Trot came looking for her friend, but when she couldn't find him, she released Tiggle so there would be no-one to patch with Cap'n Bill. Tiggle is a Blueskin servant in the palace of the Boolooroo on Sky Island.
