Bob Lowes (born January 21, 1963 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan) was a Canadian ice hockey centre. He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Prince Albert Raiders of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, winning the Centennial Cup in 1981 & 1982. Lowes then moved with the Raiders to the Western Hockey League in 1982, but was traded to the Regina Pats in mid-season. He finished his junior career with the Pats in 1983-84. Lowes was drafted 204th overall by the New York Rangers in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft after being passed over in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft.

Lowes then moved with the Raiders to the Western Hockey League in 1982, but was traded to the Regina Pats in mid-season. He finished his junior career with the Pats in 1983-84. Lowes was drafted 204th overall by the New York Rangers in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft after being passed over in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. He never played in the NHL and finished his playing career in the University of Manitoba in 1986. Lowes started his coaching career as an assistant with the Pats in 1983-84. In 1991-92 he was an assistant with the Seattle Thunderbirds. His first head coaching job was with the Brandon Wheat Kings where he coached from 1992 to 2001. He then moved back to the Regina Pats from 2001 to 2004. He won the Dunc McCallum Memorial Trophy in 1995-96 and 2001–02 and the Brian Kilrea Coach of the Year Award in the same years.
