- Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (abbreviated as ADHD) is characterized by high levels of inattention, being highly distractible, impulsive and restless, hyperactive or hypersensitive. Most demigods are labeled as suffering from ADHD, but it is actually a sign of their heightened senses and natural aptitude for battle. ADHD also gives demigods greater battlefield reflexes and the ability to see where their opponents will strike due to the tensing of their muscles. It is usually coupled with dyslexia in demigods.
- Although plenty of kids have ADHD and need medication for it, a lot of the time perfectly normal kids are diagnosed. This is due to a lot of advertising and presentations given to doctors that overstate the risks of ADHD and the benefits of taking ADHD medication like Adderall and Ritalin; while downplaying the risks of taking these medications.. If someone pressures you to get yourself or your kid medication for this disorder, remember that it's up to you and you don't have to get it.
- ADHD (Arcy-Denerwujący Horror Domowy, A Dzieci Harcują Dalej) – fachowa nazwa na zachowanie rozpuszczonego bachora dziecka o dużej aktywności psychoruchowej z deficytem uwagi. Osobą która wniosła i rozpowszechniła tę chorobę w Polsce jest Superniania.
- ADHD stands for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It is a life-long disorder (though children and teens tend to be most strongly affected, growing out of some of the hyperactivity as they get older). ADHD is characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, forgetfulness, disorganization, poor impulse control, and distractibility; a non-hyperactive variant exists and is more common among girls. Agent Kayleigh of the Department of Bad Slash suffers from it—or more accurately, everyone around her suffers from her having it. Agent Katie Cray is also suspected to have ADHD.

- ADHD (Arcy-Denerwujący Horror Domowy, A Dzieci Harcują Dalej) – fachowa nazwa na zachowanie rozpuszczonego bachora dziecka o dużej aktywności psychoruchowej z deficytem uwagi. Osobą która wniosła i rozpowszechniła tę chorobę w Polsce jest Superniania. Kiedyś ludzie myśleli, że dziecko o dużej aktywności psychoruchowej z deficytem uwagi jest po prostu niegrzeczne. I dlatego je bili. To były ciężkie czasy dla dzieci o dużej aktywności psychoruchowej z deficytem uwagi. Były kompletnie niezrozumiane i wyalienowane i wyrastały na ludzi niewrażliwych i też bili własne dzieci o dużej aktywności psychoruchowej z deficytem uwagi.

Having ADHD may make it easier to navigate HQ. Many Suethors apparently have some form of ADHD unrecognized by medical science which leads them to post weird stories at 2am, then whinge about flamers because "I have ADHD" (which is, somehow, supposed to be an excuse) when they are told that their story is dreadful. Since part of learning to live with ADHD is learning to compensate for one's own impulsiveness and disorganization, a large part of which is learning to anticipate consequences, these Suethors' ADHD is no reason not to leave them constructive criticism, and also not a reason that they could not become good writers. Several PPC Boarders also have ADHD. Many of them find that a dependable beta reader is one of the ADHD writer's most important assets, since they can catch the absent-minded mistakes that may be missed on the first couple (or first dozen) readings. Some believe that the ADHD brain is better at lateral thinking because of the random topic-to-topic switches that can lead the person way off track or just be utterly silly... but can also make it easier to think of new ideas. At least one boarder carries a PDA so that new ideas don't get lost in the general absent-minded chaos.
