Located officially in the Dunan principality of South Window, Banner is nominally a small fishing village, unknown to many. The town unexpectedly became a hot spot of activity in 460 during the Dunan Unification War with the disappearance of a small local boy, Ko and the appearance of former Toran Liberation Army leader, Tir McDohl involving bandits, kidnappers, giant monsters and the leader of the Dunan Army, Riou. The town returned to its natural obscurity following these incidents, however.
