John Herbert "Jack" Duggan (born December 17, 1898 in Ottawa, Ontario) was a retired professional ice hockey left wing who played 27 games in the National Hockey League. He would play with the Ottawa Senators. He played amateur hockey in the Ottawa City Senior League from 1917 to 1925. Duugan played for the Ottawa St Brigids, Ottawa Munitions, Ottawa St Patricks, and the Ottawa Montagnards. The Ottawa Senators signed him as a free agent in 1925. After playing one season he was sent down to the Canadian Professional Hockey League where he played until his retirement in 1929.
