- Volk doesn't often leave the Einde Gym which also acts as his home, due to his almost muting shyness. However, all of the citizens of Einde Town and the surrounding areas hold him in very high regard, due to his reverent and civil battle manners. Trainers who defeat him will be given the Slayer Badge.

- The File:Volk.jpgVolk (Russian for Wolf) is one of the three major gangs of Pacific City in Crackdown and most likely the second for the Player to encounter. They can be compared to that of a military rule; in fact, in-game they can sometimes be seen shooting Civilians, although all gangs can fire on Civilians, not including the Peacekeepers as they are law enforcement. This can be seen while your Agent is lying dead on the ground waiting to respawn.
- Volk was published first in 1996, then by XLibris in 1997. Volk.jpg Volk-B.jpg
- Volk is a Nord charmed Vigilant of Stendarr who can be found inside Ruunvald and the author of Volk's Journal. Like the rest of the vigilants at Ruunvald, he is under the influence of the warlock Minorne and the Staff of Ruunvald, which forces him to attack the Dragonborn on sight.
- Volk or volcano folk are a human race originating from Lyrea. The predominant difference between volk and earthfolk is their large, scaled feet and curling ram horns. Volk are equipped to handle the Lyrean lava crust environment, where intense heat would gradually melt the shoes or burn the feet of other races. Volkan feet are proportionally enormous compared to those of earthfolk, and their calves gradually widen out towards the ankle, covered in thick, dry, rock-like scales, and they have only three large bony toes.
- A member of the Green Lantern Corps, Volk is from the planet Maag, a world filled with volcanic fields of lava and magma. Volk himself is a creature of living lava. His destructive core is encased in a body of solid organic rock. Volk's body itself generates intense heat, requiring him to maintain a protective shield around himself while working with other Green Lanterns. Volk has been known to work well with the Lanterns Talmadge and Zghithii and was a close friend to the Fallen Lantern Xax. Volk once lead Talmadge and Zghithii in a rescue operation to Xax's home world. There, they assisted their fellow Lantern in destroying an invading Spider Guild strike force, and halting a civil war amongst the planet's warring tribes. Following the Sinestro Corps War, Volk lead a strike force into Qw
- Volk was born on Uvena II, into a pack of Shistavanen warriors unfamiliar with the ways of technology and the many worlds beyond their own. They provided only for their kin, shunning any outsiders that would undoubtedly threaten their way of life. His father and mother, Adelrik and Evonne, were leaders to the many that fell under the laws of the wild; addressed respectfully as Alphas, a title that was one day destined to fall to either he or one of his brothers. Life was simple when he was young and he took great pleasure in joining his brothers and sisters in the hunt, which would render food and materials for them to live by. As he grew older, the weight of his responsibilities became all the more pronounced and his father began grooming he and his brothers for the position of pack leade
- Volk is one of only two totally new characters introduced to the series after Sonic Wings 3 (the other being Hawk). One of the darkest playable characters in the series, Volk is a Russian cyborg who once worked for Fata Morgana. However, the enemy betrayed Volk and attempted to kill him, so Volk joined Project Blue and now seeks revenge on Fata Morgana. Volk's main enemy in the organization seems to be a human man with the ability to create android copies of himself.
