Words on the Winds was a small two-story tavern in the Artisan District of the Second City with several open balconies, which served sake and tea of good quality. It became an informal meeting place for poets, and those who delighted in the game of sadane delivered in haiku form. A particular form of new satirical poetry called rakushu was developed there.
