| - "As the sands of time run, thy will shall be done."-Time Trapper [src]Time Trapper is a ghost-like villain from the 31st century who traveled back in time with Lex Luthor. His plan was stopped by the Justice League and heroes from his time, Karate Kid and Dawnstar.
- The Time Trapper appears in Legion of Super-Heroes comics published by DC comics. He is currently appearing in Final Crisis: The Legion of Three Worlds. The Time Trapper is an enigmatic being who lives at the End of Time. He hosted The Traitor Game XV: Who Succeeds At The End Of Time?
- Time Trapper has tried to defeat the Super Friends on at least one occasion. During the investigation, Wonder Woman suggested that the Time Master (whom she had earlier encountered) and the Time Trapper were the same person. Superman deduced that the Time Trapper wanted to get rid of all superheroes throughout time, particularly the Legion of Super-Heroes. Time Trapper kidnapped and transported the Wonder Twins in the past by trapping Jayna on Krypton and Zan on a water planet near the star-sun Neryla. With the help of Hippolyta, the Super Friends separated into small teams to locate and rescue the Wonder Twins. Returning to the present, the Super Friends defeated The Time Trapper who then disappeared. Superman believed he was imprisoned by the Controllers.
- Nothing is known of the Time Trapper's history. A being of great power, he first encountered the Legion and aroused their suspicions when he constructed his "Iron Curtain of Time," which prevented the Super-Heroes from traveling more than 30 days into the future. Then, disguised as Chief Wilson of the Science Police, the Trapper nearly tricked the Legion into handing over the Concentrator, the deadliest weapon in the galaxy. When he was unmasked, he retreated to his citadel at the end of time, where his foes could not follow.
- The Time Trapper was originally a strange robed warlord from the extremely distant future, well past the time of the Legion of Super-Heroes. In his early appearances, the Time Trapper (also known as Paras) created a strange "Iron Curtain of Time" that prevented the Legion from going into their future. He also commanded a vast number of slaves and had a henchwoman named Glorith, whom he eventually murdered.
