The United States presidential election of 2016 will be the 58th quadrennial U.S. presidential election, where former Governor Mike Huckabee ran as the Republican candidate and where former Secretary of State Hiltary Clinton ran as the Demoractic candidate. After a hard election, Hiltary Clinton ultimately to Mike Huckabee for several reasons. One was that she had moved further left while in the Obama administration and lost her moderate appeal, people weren't fans of Joe Biden, and people were tired of the Obama adminstration. This left a prime opertunity for the Republicans to win, where they chose a Huckabee-Bush ticket which they hoped would win key votes, and it did.
