The S&L Construction Site was the site of a future Savings and Loan. Construction was observed by Leon Barber who was known to give a cut to Tony Rosato's family in return for protection and the guaranteed compliance of his workmen. The company Barber worked for was established in 1932. In 1959, Dominic took over the construction site and gained the cut formerly paid to Rosato. Peter Guerra remained at the site until its completion to ensure payment remained consistent.
