Fiz moved out in 2013 to live with her boyfriend Tyrone Dobbs. In 1962, Esther Hayes - No.5's longest-standing resident - left Coronation Street and Minnie Caldwell moved into the house as a tenant. When Mike Baldwin bought it in 1976, he changed the interior by making the downstairs open-plan (except for the kitchen), turning No.5 into the most modern house in the Street. Since then, it has been lived in by Bet Lynch, the Langtons, the Tilsleys, the Battersbys, Don Brennan, Ashley Peacock, John Stape and Katy Armstrong.
