| - In de provincie Cyrodiil is zijn voornaamste Kapel gesitueerd in de stad Kvatch. Daarbovenop was hij de meest prominent weergegeven god in de Tempel van de Ene in de Keizerlijke Stad. De Tempel van de Goddelijkheden in de stad Solitude in Skyrim bevat ook een schrijn aan Akatosh.

It involved the constructing of the brass golem Numidium, although Akatosh, Mara, and Stendarr took full responsibility for the event.

El espíritu del aedra Akatosh es el Dios Supremo del Imperio cyrodílico, donde encarna las cualidades de resistencia, invencibilidad y legitimidad eterna promoviendo las virtudes del deber, del servicio y la obediencia.

Wie Lorkhan ist er eine Gottheit, die in allen Religionen Tamriels angebetet wird, so ist z.B. der khajiitische Hauptgott Alkosh, der Drachenkönig der Katzen, eine Inkarnation Akatoshs. Laut der Imperial Library ist Aka bzw. Aka-Tusk der eigentliche Name des Gottes, während Akatosh nur dessen cyrodiilischer Aspekt ist. Der älteste Aspekt Akas ist Alduin der Weltenfresser. Damit stammen die Dovah von Aka ab.

Został ostatecznym Bogiem Imperium Cyrodiil, gdzie uosabia wytrzymałość, niezwyciężoność i wieczny porządek.
